Bio
2016 Season:
Played in 37 matches recording 95 assists, 28 aces and a total of 437 digs. Led the team in digs per set, and was second for total service aces. Earned player of the week honors once.
Prep:
While at the volleyball powerhouse, Punahou High School, Emi lettered 3 years and earned a girl’s state championship in 2014 and a runner-up place in 2015. During that time, Emi was awarded defensive player of the game once as well. She also contributed to a girl’s state basketball championship in 2014 with the Punahou Buffanblu. With the Rox Rainbow Volleyball club, Emi won the Southern California National Qualifier, along with Power League and regional championships as well. Emi has experience competing and earning top ten finishes in many of the open division National tournaments around the country in her tenure with the club. Additionally, Emi was selected for the All-Tournament team for the Girls Junior National Championship Tournament in 2014 while playing with RVC.
