Council Bluffs, IA –  Iowa Western softball landed seven players on the All-Region teams, with four making the First Team and three making the Second Team.  Lily Gregory was also honored as the Region XI Offensive Player of the Year.

First Team

Julie Katz – Pitcher – Went 14-7 over 124 innings with a 1.69 ERA while striking out 134 batters and walking just 41.

Lily Gregory – Outfield – Hit .461 with 18 doubles, 9 triples, 7 homeruns, and drove in 43 while scoring 60 runs.

Tyla Lee – Infield – Hit .387 with 20 doubles, 1 triple, 10 homeruns, 56 RBI's and scored 53 runs.

Sydney Reamer – Infield – Hit .398 with 21 doubles, 3 triples, seven homeruns, 43 RBI's and 39 runs.

Second Team

Cassiddy Beeby – Catcher – Hit .310 with 10 doubles, 4 homeruns, and 29 RBI's.

Carlie Benes – Outfield – Hit .319 with 4 doubles, 2 triples, and stole 8 bases.

Alyssa Maldonado – Infield – Hit .277 with 7 doubles, 3 triples, 8 homeruns, and 39 RBI's
