The men's golf team earned a runner-up finish at the Tabor Fall Invitational hosted at Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton, KS. The guys battled a championship golf course and extremely windy conditions over the two rounds. In round 1 the team shot 306 led by a 74 from Dean Walsh and a 75 from Cade McCallum. After the 1st day the team was in 2nd place. On day 2 the winds switched 180 degrees making the golf course even trickier. The team shot 308 to finish the event in 2nd place. Dean Walsh had a 2 round total of 151 to finish T5 and Cade McCallum a 153 total to earn an 8th place finish. Rick Van Der Nat and Adam Van Raden finished T11 individually. Indian Hills Community College won the event with a 2 round total of 585. The men are back in action for their last event of the fall at the NJCAA National Preview in Odessa, Texas on October 30th - November 1st.
