Linga Returns With Win, Reivers Grab Runner-Up Honors at Morningside
North Sioux City, SD
Another great showing for the Reivers Men's and Women's Cross Country teams at the 2020 Morningside Open over the weekend.
Returning National Champion Faith Linga, racing for the first time this fall, led the Women's squad with a winning time of 17:23. The Reivers finished the meet 6th overall with a total of 175 points.
The Men's team finished in third place with a total of 99 points. Freshman Yonas Mogos led IWCC for the second weekend in a row placing second overall with a time of 25:10.
The Reivers have next weekend off and will return to action on October 3rd at the Briar Cliff Invitational.
