Reiver Volleyball stands out in the classroom
The hard work our student athletes put into the classroom this year did not go unnoticed. The 2017-18 Iowa Western volleyball team has been honored by the American Volleyball Coaches Association as a recipient of the AVCA Team Academic Award. This award covers NCAA Div I, II, II, NAIA, Two-Year Colleges, USCAA, Beach, Collegiate Men, High School Girls and Boys. The Reivers were one of just 26 Two Year Colleges recognized with a cumulative team GPA over 3.3. The Reivers' final GPA for the 2017-18 school year was 3.49.
We also want to recognize our student athletes for earning individual NJCAA Acamdic Awards as well.
