Gabi McAlpine begins her first season as assistant coach for the Reivers in 2024-25.

Gabi comes to Iowa Western after spending the past two seasons at Midland University in Fremont, NE as a player and graduate assistant.  This past season, she helped the Warriors to a record of 13-5-4, claiming the GPAC Championship along the way.  Prior to Midland, McAlpine spent two years playing at Southeastern CC in Burlington, IA, starting in 26 of 29 career games.

McAlpine hails from Queensland, Australia and graduated from Midland University with her Bachlor's degree in Strength and Conditioning with a minor in Nutrition, Psychology, and Coaching.
