Bio

Travis Jacobson enters his fifth year as Sports Information Director for Iowa Western Athletics in 2025-26.

At Iowa Western, Jacobson is the primary media contact for all 26 sports for Reiver Athletics.  In his role, Jacobson is responsible for press releases, media guides, and gameday operations, as well as updating Iowa Western's official athletic website, goreivers.com.  Jacobson also maintains the GoReivers social media accounts such as X, Facebook, and Instagram, while overseeing the preservation of the athletic department's historical statistics, rosters, and schedules.

Jacobson is also part of the athletic department's creative media team, overseeing digital content creation for the Reivers.

Before his role as SID, Jacobson spent four years as an Assistant for Athletics Marketing, serving as IWCC's athletics graphic designer and photographer.
