2022-23

It was a rebuilding year for the Reivers, having lost 4 of the top 5 players from the year before. The Reivers ranked as high as 8th in the nation and finished the season 10th in the final rankings. Although it was a rebuilding year the Reivers still had some good results, recording 5 team Championships in tournaments.  As well as 7 1st Place individual finishes (Baylie Pyke-4, Madi Schlaepfer-3). Pyke was the Plains District Individual Champion. All 5 players earned Academic All-Region XI honors (Pyke, Schlaepfer, Brook Diekemper, Winnie Hung & Marley Richter). Pyke, Schlaepfer and Richter earned 1st team All-Region XI playing honors while Diekemper and Hung earned 2nd team.

2021-22

Building on the previous year’s (2020-2021) performance this year's Reiver team once again improved within the National Rankings. The women finished 3rd at the National Championship, which improved their highest finish within program history. This year's squad set the scoring record at this event with a total team score of 1278, which was 42 strokes better than the previous record! The Reivers finished in the top 3 in all their events, winning 5 events which included the Plains District Championships, led by Sophomore Luisa Gibson and earning her second consecutive year of All-American Honors. Gibson placed in the top 10 in all tournaments for this season and earned Player of the Year once again for the ICCAC conference. Sophomore Seira Kubo also had a solid season, and like Gibson, Kubo also earned All-American honors for the 2nd consecutive season. Transfer players Katie Graham (Redlands CC) and Madi Schlaepfer (William Penn University) also played a big part in this team’s success. All 4 of these players earned First Team All-Region XI Honors. Sophomore Katie Schweers earned 2nd team All-Region XI Honors. Gibson, Kubo, Schlaepfer, Schweers and Sophomore Sam Doughty earned Academic All- Region XI 1st team honors. Academic All-American honors went to Gibson, Schlaepfer, and Schweers.

2020-21

The 2020-2021 season marks one of the best seasons the Reiver women have had since the program started. Not necessary with recorded broke but with the consistency shown on the golf course itself. Finishing 1st place in 5 separate events as well as 2nd place finishes in 2 other events along with the highest finish at the National Championships (4th place), proved to be a successful year. The Reivers were led by Freshman Luisa Gibson, a Scotland player and Seira Kubo from Japan. Both combined to win 6 events and finish in the top 10 in all others. Gibson edged out Kubo for Region XI Play of the Year honors by claiming the individual Region XI Championship. Both were All-American selections based on their finish at the National Championships (Gibson-9th, Kubo-15th). Fellow Freshman Holly Elliott and Katie Schweers helped contribute to the team’s success as well as Sophomore Maya Northcutt. Schweers earned Region XI 1st team honors while Elliott and Northcutt earned 2nd team honors. Gibson, Kubo, Elliot and Schweers were also selected as Academic All-Region XI honors. 2019-20

The year of ‘VIRUS’!!!! The season was marked short do to the National Pandemic that was known as COVID-19. For most colleges around the country, which included Iowa Western, the only part of the season played was the fall season. During this season Iowa Western performed at a high level. Playing in 5 events, the Iowa Western women never finished lower than 3rd place as a team (winning 2 events and finishing 2nd in 2 other events). Sophomore Emily Spies provided the leadership, finishing top 5 in 4 events and 7th in the 5th event. Fellow sophomore, Marisa Weeks, and Freshman Maya Northcutt finished in the top 10 in 4 events. Spies, Weeks, Freshman-Abby Depperschmidt, and Luisa Gibson all earned Academic All-Region 1st team honors. Sophomore Kassy Vest earned Academic All-Region 2nd team honors.

2018-19

The Reiver Women ‘bookended’ their season by starting off taking 1st place at  Mt. Mercy University Invite and ended their season taking the Regional XI Championship. The Region XI win marked the 10th straight season that the Reivers had won the event. Lisa Lied had a great season by winning 2 events and being runner-up in 3 others. Along with Lied being named to the Region XI first team, Kim Park and Emily Spies joined her on the 1st team. Freshman Kassy Vest was selected to the 2nd team and Marisa Weeks was named Honorable Mention. The Ladies went into the NJCAA National Championship tournament, played in Daytona Beach, FL, ranked 10th and ended up with a strong 7th place finish. Sarah Blaylock and Lied finished the season capturing Academic All-American Honors

2017-18

The Reiver Women had to battle through a lot of adversity throughout the season. What started out as an 8 person team quickly dwindled to a 5 person team by the end of the year. However, the women hung together as a team and continued their dominance within Region XI. They captured the Regional Championship for the 9th straight season while outdistancing their next opponent by 53 strokes! Cassidy Evreniadis claimed ‘Player of the Year’ for the Region while Lisa Lied was voted First Team. Kim Park claimed 2nd Team honors and Payton Schmidt made the Honorable Mention Team. Cassidy and Lisa finished the year playing well at the National Championships in Mesa, AZ and earned All-American Honors.

2016-17 Sena Ersoy capped of a great career by winning the Individual National Championship honors played at the Chateau Elan Golf Course. The win earned her NJCAA All-American 1st team honors and helped the Reiver Ladies finish in 5th place at the National tournament, the second straight year the ladies finished in the top 5. The team once again finished 1st at the XI Regional tournament making it the 8th straight win in a row. Sena, Carlota Quintana, Katie Irvin and Cassidy Evreniadis all finished in the top 5. Earning Academic All-Region XI 1st team honors were Shayla Murray, Sena and Nikki McDermott. 2nd team honors went to Cassidy, Carlota and Katie. 2015-16 Won NJCAA Region XI Championship for the sixth consecutive year. Sena Ersoy, Damla Bilgic, Breanna Redl, Katie Irvin and Abby Taylor earned All-Region XI honors. Finished 5th at the NJCAA National Championship. Damla Bilgic once again earned All-American honors with her 5th place (tie) finish at the National Championship. She was joined by Sena Ersoy who received Honorable Mention All-American honors with her 13th finish. 2014-15 Won NJCAA Region XI Championship for fifth consecutive year. Damla Bilgic, Maisy Turner, Whitney Dostal and Breanna Redl earned All-Region XI honors. Finished 8th at the NJCAA National Championship. Damla Bilgic earned NJCAA All-American honors with her 13th place finish at the National Championship. Ended the season with five tournament wins, one runner-up and five individual tournament champions. #8 #8 Roster schedule
2013-14 Won NJCAA Region XI Championship for fourth consecutive year. Maisy Turner earned individual Region XI champion honors with rounds of 71 and 73. Finished 5th at the NJCAA National Championship. Highest finish in school history. Jordan Carter earned NJCAA All-American honors. Ended the season with two tournament wins, one runner-up and four individual tournament champions. #5 5th Roster Schedule
2012-13 Won the NJCAA Region XI Championship for the third consecutive season with a record 63 shot victory, this marked the fourth team title of the season. Joana Yanez also became the third straight Reiver to claim the individual title at the Regional marking the sixth time overall that a Reiver has completed the feat. The Reivers placed five players in the NJCAA All-Region team, a first in history. Yanez became the first ever GCAA All-American claiming Third Team honors as well as being chosen for the NJCAA All-Tournament Team leading her team to a seventh place finish at the NJCAA National Championships, also the best ever showing in the programs history. 6th 7th Roster Schedule
2011-12 Won the Region XI Championship for the second straight season under head coach Tyler Schiffelbein qualifying for the NJCAA National Championships finishing twelfth in the final polls. Mel Buxton became the third consecutive and fifth overall player to win the individual Regional Championship, Buxton's twelve shot victory remains a record. 12th 12    
2010-11 Saw two tournament victories in the Spring under new head coach Tyler Schiffelbein, claiming the team and individual titles at the Laker Spring Invitational and the following week at the NJCAA Region XI Championships. This marked the first Regional title for the Reivers since the 2005-06 season, and Emily Wenstrand became the FOURTH Reiver to claim the individual crown. The Reivers Qualified for the NJCAA National Championships for the first time in five years claiming twelfth at the event, the best finish to date in the programs history. 12th 12    
2009-10 Won two events in the Spring for the second consecutive season capturing the title at the Iowa Central Spring Invite and the AIB Shootout. The Reivers placed four players on the All-Region team with Emily Wendstrand and Katie Meyer earning first team honors and Ashleigh Sorensen and Ashley Hinrichs claiming second team honors. Iowa Western sent four players to the NJCAA National Championships marking the fifth consecutive season that at least one player has represented the Reivers at this event. 17th NA    
2008-09 Won two events in the Spring taking home honors at the NIACC Invitational and the DMACC Invitational marking the fourth consecutive season with at least one tournament victory. Katie Meyer became the third Reiver to win the Region XI individual crown in four years. Candace Harless and Andrea Richter became the Reivers to repeat as an All-Region selections. Iowa Western sent three individuals to the NJCAA National Championships continuing the tradition of at least one player at the prestigious event since the programs inception. 18th NA    
2007-08 Won the Iowa Lakes "Laker" Fall Invitational for the second straight season. Andrea Richter and Candace Harless were named to the NJCAA All-Region team qualifying them for the NJCAA National Championships marking the third consecutive season sending an individual to event. 19th NA    
2006-07 Took honors at the Iowa Lakes "Laker" Fall invitational for their only tournament win of the season. Qualified two individuals for the NJCAA National Championships with Shanna Miller claiming 33rd place individually and Katelyn Dingman finishing in 71st. Miller took home individual honors at the NJCAA Region XI Championships making her the second consecutive Reiver to hold that honor. 20th NA    
2005-06 Won four events in the inaugural season for the women's golf program competing at the NJCAA D2 level. Saw victories at both the Ellsworth and Iowa Western Invitationals in the Fall followed up by the Marshalltown Invitational and the NJCAA Region XI Championships in the Spring. The Reivers also claimed the individual crown at the Regionals in Shanna Miller. The Reivers qualified for the NJCAA National Championships placing fifteenth in the nation. 15th 15
