The 2019 Reiver women's soccer team will be opening up its 16th regular season on Friday, August 23rd against Western Nebraska Community College in Council Bluffs, IA.
This season the Reivers will face opponents from Region 2, 3, 6, and 9 in addition to their eight-game Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) schedule.
The women's team will host their opening weekend with a match against Western Nebraska Community College on Friday (Aug. 23) and Barton Community College on Sunday (Aug. 25). Following the two home match ups, the Reivers hit the road for a five-game stretch. In El Dorado, KS the Reivers will face Rose State (Aug. 31) and Laramie County (Sept. 1) over Labor Day weekend. Facing Jackson College (Sept. 6) and Monroe Community College (Sept. 7) will finish out the Reivers non-conference opponents for the 2019 regular season.
The Reivers will be hosting their annual Blue vs White Scrimmage on Friday, September 13th and Alumni Game on Saturday, September 14th.
"Team 16" will begin conference play on the road against Region XI runner-up Iowa Central Community College (Sept. 18) and then head back home for a pair of matchups against North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) and Northeast Community College. The remainder of conference play is back and forth for the Reivers, playing on the road and hosting opponents. The conference wraps up on the road against Southeastern Community College on October 19th.
The Region XI Tournament is set for October 26th - November 2nd. The Great Lakes District title match will be hosted at the home of the Region IX Champion—the winner will receive an automatic bid to the 2019 NJCAA National Tournament hosted in Melbourne, FL November 18-23rd.
