Wide receiver Marcell Barbee added his name atop the Reiver record book Saturday, in a 54-13 win over 9th ranked Snow College, and was named the NJCAA Offensive Player of the Week today.

The Sophomore from Pueblo, Colorado caught six passes for 138 yards and four scores on the afternoon.  The previous mark of three had been matched by four Reivers, including Barbee in his freshman season.

The performance solidified that Barbee was back to 100% after dealing with nagging injuries for much of the first two-thirds of the year, including missing four games entirely.

Iowa Western has won four straight games after starting the year just 1-3 and will face off against nationally-ranked Ft. Scott this Saturday on the road.
