Last night, the 3rd ranked Iowa Western Volleyball squad scored their first conference win against Marshalltown CC.  The Reivers dominated the Tigers in three straight sets (25-11, 25-12, and 25-11).  Sophomore, Caitlynn Cooper, led the team with 8 kills while Morgan Bossler had the second highest total with 6 kills and a hitting efficiency of .556.

Sophomore Makayla Doyle and Bossler stayed strong on the net scoring 4 blocks each throughout the match. Freshman, Hina Pua'a, led the team with 16 assist while Kaci Hohenthaner was second in the match with 10. The back court stayed fierce accumulating 30 digs throughout the match with Cooper leading the team with 7.

The Reivers will hit the road again to face  #9 Missouri State University-West Plains this coming Friday, September 8, 2017 at 6:30pm.
