HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Iowa Western's women's basketball team peppered Barton from 3-point range on Saturday to take an 84-68 win in the Blue Dragon Holiday Classic at Hutchinson Community College.

The Reivers hit 12 shots from distance, led by Aimee Brett's six 3-pointers. Iowa Western shot 57 percent from beyond the arc.

The inside play was strong as well, with Kiara Dallmann scoring 19 first-half points on the way to a 22-point night with 11 rebounds. Aubriana Noti contributed 15 points and 14 boards, and De'Ayra Davis had three 3s among her 15 points.

Brett's parents made the 26-hour flight from their home in Adelaide, South Australia, to see her and her twin sister, Kelsey, who plays for Hutchinson. They got to see both daughters in Iowa Western's 71-50 Friday loss to No. 6 Hutchinson, then stayed long enough to see Aimee's big night.

"I was really proud of her performance today. She made six of eight from 3," Vande Hoef said.
