COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - The 24th-ranked Reivers clinched the ICCAC regular season crown as it defeated Northeast 76-60 this past Saturday night in Reiver Arena.

The win is the 14th win in a row for IWCC (21-4, 4-0) and concluded the season-sweep of Northeast (20-3, 1-2) behind five Reivers in double figures. Sophomore forward Miya Bull lead the way with a double-double scoring 13 points on 5-of-6 from the field while pulling down a game-high 11 rebounds. Joining her in double figures from the starting lineup was Naomie Alnatas who poured in 12 points (4-of-8) and Kiara Dallmann tallying 10 points (4-of-5).

Azaria Floyd notched another double-figure game scoring 11 points including a late three-pointer in the fourth quarter to put the game out of reach.

Northeast started the game strong behind MyKala Baylor's eight points and Sierra Bell's seven points as they raced to a 18-13 lead at the end of the first quarter. Kiara Dallmann responded in the second quarter as the Reivers made a 6-0 run late in the 2nd to tie the game at 27 going into the break.

After the half, IWCC pushed it's lead to five behind back-to-back jumpers by Zheniah Jackson and Jazza Johns. The Reivers outscored Northeast 23-14 in final quarter. The Hawks were lead in scoring by  MyKala Baylor who finished with a game-high 20 points and nine rebounds. Sierra Bell was the only other Northeast player in double figures scored tallied 11 points.

Next Up

The Reivers head to Columbus, Nebraska to take on Central Community College for their last regular season road trip of the season. They take on Central at 5pm in the Raider Fieldhouse.
