COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - The Iowa Western Women's Basketball showed is dominance in its return to Reiver Arena on Friday night as the Reivers (9-4) dismantled Northwest Kansas Tech (10-4) 116-51.

The return home was just the fourth home game for the Reivers this season as they faced the Mavericks who entered the game at 10-3. The Reivers managed to open a nine-point lead in the first quarter following Naomie Alnatas's quick 12 points. In a game that was never closely contested after that, the Reivers extended their lead out of the break outscoring NWKST 69-16 in second half. 

Naomie Alnatas finished with the game with a team high 16 points as she shot a blistering 70% from the field on 7-of-10 shots and 2-of-2 from three-point range. Sophomore forward Jazza Johns added a double-double with 16 points and pulling down a season-high 15 rebounds along with two blocks. The game finished with seven Reivers scoring in double figures. Sophomore guard Delia Ania-Gaja turned in a near perfect game, scoring 14 points and filling the stat sheet with four rebounds, three steals and tied the Iowa Western record books with 15 assists.

Northwest Kansas Tech was paced in scoring by Tran Brown with 14 points. The Mavericks shot 27% from the field on 19-of-68 shots compared to IWCC's 58.9% on 43-of-73 shots from the field. The 47.8 % from the three-point line is single game record for the Reivers.
