Miya Bull Named ICCAC Player of the Week

COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - Sophomore forward Miya Bull has been named the ICCAC Player of the Week. Bull came of the bench and gave three tremendous performances in the Reiver's victories over the Thanksgiving holiday. Bull had 33 points on 15 of 24 shooting. She also went 3-5 from the free throw line. In addition to her scoring, she snatched 23 rebounds in 64 minutes of play.

The Charlotte native recorded her first double-double of the year with 11 points and 11 rebounds along with three steals in a win over Lake Region State on Friday. Her best game of the weekend came agaisnt St. Cloud Tech, where she had 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and a huge block while nearly shooting perfect from the floor making six of her seven shots.

For the year, she is averaging 7.1 points per game on 50.9% shooting and 5.6 rebounds. Bull is the second recipent of the ICCAC Player of the Week award as freshman Kiara Dallmann earned the award the first week of the season.
