Bio

2018-19 (NAVY): Josiah "Jo" Strong attended and competed at the Naval Academy during his freshman season of collegiate basketball. The Minnesota native played in all 31 games for the Midshipmen, averaged over 10 minutes per game. Jo collected his career-high with an 11 point performance against Lipscomb University on 12/9/18.

HIGH SCHOOL: Strong's prep career was at Champlin Park High School. During his career, his teams reached a state title game, compiled an undefeated season, were ranked in the USA Today Top 25 for a spell and won 3 straight conference titles. The 6'2 guard averaged 23.2ppg, 5.0rpg, and handed out 5.7 assists per contest in his final season for head coach Mark Tuchscherer's Rebels. Those efforts earned him an All-State selection as well as a place in the MNHSL's All-Star game.
