Men Achieve Programs Highest Tier 1 Finish

The Reiver men set a new program milestone in tier 1 competition. The men finished in 16 place out of 34 participating teams. Freshman Tim Lincoln led the way with a score of 1132 for 6 games while miantaining a 42 percent strike percentage. In addition, Freshman Josh Hurlbut showcased his accuracy by maintaining an overall spare percentage of 84.2 percent made, while converting 100 percent of all single pin spare attempts. 

Coach Chad Goodwin had this to say about the teams performance, "I was pleased with the bowlers' demenaor and attitude throughout the long tournament weekend. The focus they showed while competing against a number of the nation's top teams led to better individual and team play overall. My players were able to identify their own struggles and allowed us to quickly make a quality decision on how best to rectify the situation.".

The Reiver men will next be competing at the Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge in Lawerance, Kansas on November 2 and 3.
