Reviers claim 9 event champions and 1 school record

Reivers have first outdoor meet of the season even though the weather was fridge the Reivers still performed well. The two day event was kicked off by the Decathlon and Heptathlon Sophomore Marcus Klein had PR in 4 out of the 10 events which is very impressive due to weather conditions. Giving him a score of 6270 putting him 5th in the Nation. Freshman Evan Porter and Jonathan Whitcomb also put season best in the Decathalon Evan had a score of 5239 placing him 9th on the NJCAA board and Jon had a score of 4737 good enough for the 10th spot on the rankings list. Zarin Goodrich had a great meet posting a score of 3181 good enough for the 10th sport on the rankings list. She also compeated in the open Javelin breaking the school record by throwing a PR of 40.64m which is good for 3 on the NJCAA leaderboard. The Reivers sprints were in control of the meet from the first event Sweeping the Women's 100m 1-3 Lead by freshman Dorcas Gyimah with a time of 12.40 she also wins the 200m with a time of 26.67 and the Mens 200m 1-8 lead by sophomore Renardo Wilson with a time of 23.20. Vincent Gordon wins the 400m running a time of 49.86. Denzel Downing takes 2nd in the 400h and runs a season PR with a time of 56.53. The Reiver Shuttle Hurdle Relay takes first place with a time of 1:10:40. Rochelle Ann Bailey has a season best in the discus with a throw of 44.82 taking second place moving to the 5th spot on the NJCAA leaderboard.
