The Reivers take 2nd on both Men's and Women's side claim 10 Region Champs and 5 new national qualifiers this weekend at The Region XI Indoor Championship.

Sophomore standout Vincent Gordon wins the 60m and 200m with times of 6.89 60m and 21.85 200m. Daiten Rhone places 4th with a time of 7.04 6th in the 200m with 22.50, freshman hurdler Denzel Downing takes 5th with a time of 7.05 With the 400m the Reivers take 1st and 2nd lead by sophomores Renardo Wilson  and Jordan Minnis 49.21 and 49.29 the Reivers also take 5th and 6th  with Jacobi Agee and Sal Fidone 49.73 and 50.08 giving them both a spot at the national track meet in Lubbock TX. Female stand out Traci Brown takes 2nd in the 60m with a new PR or 7.55 moving here in the top 4 on the NJCAA leaderboards and 2nd in the 200m with a time of 25.58, Dorcas Gyimah takes 3rd with a time of 7.74 and 4th in the 200m with a time of 25.86 earning a spot at the national track meet, Briyana Cater takes 4th with a time of 7.80. In the middles distance Asshanni Robb takes 3rd with a time of 1:42.44 and 5th in the 1000m with a time of 3:14.58 good enough to get a spot in the big race in 2 weeks, Neri Getraide takes 5th with a time of 1:47.39, Caitlyn Juhl takes 5th in the mile with a time of 6:12.24 Brian Kitur takes 5th in the 3k with a time of 9:21.83,and 6th in the 5k with a time of 16:03.92. The Reivers put 4 men in the hurdle finals all placing in the top 8 on the women's side Samiya Abu-Youm takes 2nd with a time of 9.59 she also takes 2nd in the high jump with 1.40 m and first in the long jump with 5.11m. Salome Bruiger takes 4th in the long jump with 4.73m and 1st in the pole vault with 3.25m. Tahlia Arneaud takes 3rd in the long jump with a leap of 4.74m and 2nd in the triple jump with 10.20m.The mens long jump was under control with David Ejumeta and Dexton Crutchfield going 1st and 2nd  Dexton competing in his 4th track meet ever took new PR with a leap of 7.18m moving him to 6th on the NJCAA list David has a season PR with the jump of 7.28m putting him 3rd in the country he also wins the triple jump with a season PR with a jump of 14.91m taking the 5th spot on the leaderboard. The multi finished well for the Reivers take first on the women's side by Zarin Goodrich with a PR of 2399 and on the Mens side Marcus Klein takes 1st with a PR of 4683 .Evan Porter takes 3rd with a PR of 4085 and Johathan Whitcomb takes 5th with 3936. The last event on the track was the 4x400m relay the Reivers take home the title with the team of Jacobi Agee, Jordan Minnis, Vincent Gordon, and Renardo Wilson running a time of 3:18.71

The Reivers will be off next week to fully prepare for the National Indoor Meet in Lubbock,TX March 2nd-3rd
