The Reivers were in action at the big track at SDSU and with great facilities they didn't disappoint 4 National qualifiers and 2 stadium records broken. The sprinters set the tone for this weekend lead by sophomore Vincent Gordon in the 60m and the 200m. Winning both the 60 and 200m and breaking the stadium record in both events. His 60m time ties his season and personal record at 6.77 and his 200m is a season and personal record with a time of 21.53 which is also the fastest time in the nation. Jordan Minnis opens up his season in the 60m and 200m  with time of 7.02 and 22.21. Freshman Dorcas Gyimah opens up her season despite having a broken wrist she still runs the 60m and post a time of 7.76 good for top 10 in the country.Track and Field new comer Dexton Cruthfield opens up his track career in the long jump and takes 2nd place with a jump of 6.99m only 1 cm off the national qualifying mark. The mid distance team had a great meet also sophomore Renardo Wilson opens up his season in the 600m with at win with a time of 1:20.81 which is also the fastest time in the nation. Asshanni Robb also opens up her track season running the 800m and posting a time of 2:27.03 only 2 second off the qualifying time. Freshman Neri Getraide qualifies in the 1000m with a time of 3:11.37 which is the 3rd fastest time in the country.

The Reivers will be split next week competing at Pittsburgh State and at University of Kansas
