COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA On Tuesday, the second NJCAA rankings came out and the Reivers fell from second to seventh having a 1-1 record and narrowly losing on the road to first ranked Elsworth.  Adding fuel to the fire, Iowa Lakes jumped the Reivers in the poll and entered the dual ranked fourth.

The seventh ranked Reiver wrestling team looked great defeating Iowa Lakes 20-16 in exciting fashion.

The dual came down to the last match with Iowa Lakes holding a 16-14 lead going into the heavyweight match. Freshman heavyweight Travis Gusan came up huge for the Reivers pinning Iowa Lakes' Montana Fisher to secure a Reivers victory. Sophomore Seth Ham looked impressive winning by tech fall. Also picking up victories for the Reivers were Emmanuel Browne, Guy Sudmann, and Tell Ward.

The Reivers will be back in action on December 9th, as they travel to Crete, NE to compete at the Doane Open.
