Iowa Western softball gained two more athlete of the week honors by Canadian Sophomores Tyla Lee and Michaela Epp.

Lee picked up her third athlete of the week this season. She continued to put up big numbers offensively reaching base 17 out of her 29 at bats (.586). She doubled seven times and hit a grand slam against Southeast. She earned 18 RBI's, and 12 runs scored over the week.

Michaela Epp earned her first Pitcher of the Week for the season. Epp earned three wins in the circle this week defeating Northeast, Ellsworth, and Southeast. The Sophomore pitched two shutouts allowing only two hits in each of those games. Epp totalled 18 strikeouts in the three games. Epp has an ERA of 3.78 with a 3-3 record on the season so far.
