Hudson Gongwer

Hudson Gongwer enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Reiver Men's Soccer team in 2024-2025. 

Before Joining the Reivers, Coach Gongwer was with Indiana Wesleyan University where he completed an internship with the IWU Men’s Soccer Staff for the 2023 Season. Helping lead the team to the NAIA National tournaments final site and final 16.

Coach Gongwer received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2023.

Coach Gongwer also played for Indiana Wesleyan from 2020-2023. He received conference Player of the Week in 2020 and Daktronics Scholar Athlete in 2022. Gongwer helped the team make the NAIA National Tournament in 2022. 

Coach Gongwer will serve and assist with the daily operations of the first team and redshirt program along with the rest of the Reivers’ coaching staff.

Coach Gongwer had this to say about joining the men’s soccer coaching staff “I’m very excited to be a part of this amazing program. I look forward to continuing the program's long history of success. I am thankful for Coach Brown and the whole staff for the opportunity.”
