The men finished runner-up in the Beu Mussatto Invitational hosted by Western Illinois University at the Harry Mussatto Golf Course in Macomb, IL. The event was shortened due to weather and 36 holes were played on Tuesday April 16th. The men shot a team score of 2 over par, 290 in the opening round. Tom Westenberger led the way with a round of 70. Adam Van Raden (73), Rick Van Der Nat (73) and Cade McCallum (74) rounded out the 4 counted scores. In round 2 the team fired a 7 under par 281. Clay Kucera tied the 2nd lowest round in program history with a 7 under par 65. Cade McCallum added a 1 under par 71 and Tom Westenberger carded a 72. Clay Kucera and Tom Westenberger both finished T6. Cade McCallum earned a T11 finish and Rick Van Der Nat finished T14. The men tee it up again at the NJCAA District III Championship on April 29th and 30th in Gothenburg, Nebraska. The Reivers will have a chance to earn a spot to the NJCAA National Championship.
