The men battled the weather of western Nebraska during the District III Preview hosted at Wild Horse Golf Club in Gothenburg, Nebraska. Day 1 brought wind, rain and cold temperatures that eventually were too much to play through. The 36 hole day was cut to just 18. At the end of the day the team had carded a 307, which tied them for 3rd. The men were led by scores of 76 but both Cade McCallum and Peder Brunnsjo. Day 2 saw a drop in temperature and more precipitation than day 1 and play could not begin. The tournament was cut to just one 18 hole round. Indian Hills Community College won the event with a team score of 289 and George Clarke from Hills won the individual title with a score of 69.
This was the final fall event for the men's golf team. They will start up tournament play again in March, 2019.
