The Men's golf team fired a 3 under par, 285, to overcome a 1 shot deficit to win the Midland Invitational. With a 2 day total of 586 the Reivers secured a 5 shot victory over runner-up Northwestern College. Sophomores Joel Durford (68) and Albert Nilsson (70) carded under par rounds to lead the team. Joel Durnford closed with a 4 under par 68 to go with his first round 74. His 142 total earned him a 3rd place finish. Tom Westenberger added a 74 to his first round 71 to finish 4th. In total four Reivers finished in the top 10 with Brandt Radloff finishing 8th and AJ Nolin 10th. The Reivers tee it up again at the Blue River Classic co-hosted by Doane University and Concordia University in Lincoln, NE on September 19th and 20th.
