ESTHERVILLE, Iowa - The Iowa Western men's basketball earned their second straight road conference win with a 74-59 victory over the Iowa Lakes Lakers. The Reivers had a slow first half, and trailed by 4 points at the halftime break 34-30.
The second half was all Iowa Western as the Reivers defense tightened up and only gave up 25 second half points to the Lakers.
The Reivers were led in scoring by Jadon Cool with 17 points. DaCarter Coleman also had a nice performance with 16 points.
The Reivers are now 9-4 overall on the season, and 2-1 in ICCAC Conference play. Iowa Western will continue their road stretch with a matchup against Northeast CC in Norfolk, NE on Saturday afternoon.
